3 days workout program performed in the Hotel facililities and Mértola city.

The experience aims to give you a touch of fitness practicing/learning to improve your future well-being and have some good moments at the visited place.

You shall not worry with your performance because Fitness Instructor will follow your exercises and will adapt the workout to your fitness level and age. The main competition is to balance your aerobic exercise and make you feel happy.

And, surely, Mértola culture will make part of your schedule.

GENERAL SCHEDULE:

🐺 9am - Wake up with Fitness Instructor and walk around

🐺 12pm - Reservation for lunch at restaurant selection list

🐺 3pm - Lifestyle/Exercises in selected outdoor places

🐺 6pm - Daily massage in Apartment

🐺 8pm - Reservation for dinner at restaurant selection list

Remark: First day starts after lunch.

Mértola is a municipaly in southeastern Portuguese Alentejo near the Spanish border. In 2011, the population was 7,274, in an area of approximately 1,292.87 square kilometres (499.18 sq mi): it is the sixth-largest municipality in Portugal. Meanwhile, it is the second-lowest population centre by density with approximately 5.62 persons/1 square kilometre (0.39 sq mi) (second to the adjacent Alcoutim).
