The present conditions are agreed between Wolves United, with headquarters at Rua Cândido Figueiredo 87 11A, 1500-133 Lisboa, Tourist Animation company with RNAAT n ° 617 2021, and any person, hereinafter referred to as client, who wishes to purchase their tickets to enjoy the tourist circuit described on the website www.wolvesunited.com. Wolves United complies with the requirements of Turismo de Portugal, namely, it has mandatory insurance for the activity it develops and its participants.
The acquisition of any service provided by Wolves United depends on the registration of the client's data, indicating the elements requested in the purchase act, namely the full name, email, and telephone number, as well as the full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The client declares to be of legal age (18 years or older) and to have the legal capacity to understand and contract the acquisition of the services provided by Wolves United, in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
Wolves United guarantees the existence of the tourist circuits published on its website www.wolvesunited.com on the date of the respective consultation and declares to use all means at its disposal to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information contained therein, not assuming, however, in no case, any responsibility, if the information provided is not accurate or complete.
Wolves United reserves the right to amend, add or delete all or part of these Terms and Conditions, which will take effect after their disclosure on the website www.wolvesunited.com, the client being always subject to the Terms and Conditions Conditions in effect on the date of purchase.
These Terms and Conditions were prepared in accordance with the provisions of DL 7/2004 of 7 January, with the changes resulting from DL 62/2009 of 10 March, in DL 143/2001, of 26 April, with amendments arising from DL 82/2008, of May 20, and other applicable legislation.

Contract execution


The object of this contract is the purchase of tickets by the client for the service provided by Wolves United, identified on the website www.wolvesunited.com, at the prices referred to at the time of contracting.

The contract can be concluded through the following channels: online (through the website www.wolvesunited.com), by telephone (through the number +351 914284341), or in person, at one of the Wolves United points of sale.

The procedures for purchasing tickets online are those indicated on the website www.wolvesunited.com, which the client must follow until its formalization, which is only possible after the express and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, of which it becomes aware prior to contracting the services provided by Wolves United.

The procedures for purchasing tickets by telephone are those indicated by the operator of Wolves United at the time of purchase, which the client must follow until its formalization, which is only possible after the express and unreserved acceptance of the present Terms and Conditions that are available for reading on the website www.wolvesunited.com. The client maintains the possibility to cancel the purchase, according to the terms established in the Terms and Conditions.

The procedures for purchasing tickets in person are those indicated by the operator of Wolves United at the time of purchase, which the CUSTOMER must follow until its formalization, and which will only be possible after express and unreserved acceptance of those present Terms and conditions that will be available for reading at Wolves United points of sale.

The prices indicated on the website www.wolvesunited.com or by the operator of Wolves United at the time of purchase are in euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force.

Wolves United reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to change ticket prices, as well as suspend or cancel its sale temporarily or permanently, with the exception of the rights arising from the acquisitions, meanwhile made by the client.

Tickets are sold by Wolves United for a specific date and time, and the client can only change them by ordering by email to info@wolvesunited.com at least 15 days before the date / time of the tickets purchased. Changing the date and / or time of the tickets will only take effect after confirmation of availability by Wolves United by email.

Payments to be made online are only available through a credit card, so the client will have to indicate the respective data, namely the card number, expiration date and CVV code, which will be inserted in Redunicre's computer platform. In the face-to-face sale at one of the Wolves United sales outlets, cash and ATM payments are also accepted.

The online ticket purchase procedure will be finalized by entering the data referred to in the previous number and validating it, after which a proof of payment is issued and will be automatically sent by email to the client.

After payment confirmation, Wolves United will issue a ticket invoice which will also be automatically sent by email to the client. If for any reason, the CUSTOMER does not receive the ticket invoice within a maximum of 2 hours after payment confirmation, he / she should contact Wolves United via email info@wolvesunited.com. In the case of face-to-face purchase at the Wolves United ticket office, the client may request immediate delivery of the paper invoice.

The client is fully responsible for the destination of the ticket (s), namely for its non-use, loss, theft, theft or destruction, and cannot, by virtue of such facts, demand any compensation or compensation from Wolves United.

Trip Purchases Contract termination (refund policy)


The client may terminate this contract and request a refund of the purchase price less deposit made, without the need to indicate the respective reason, provided that the payment is not exceeded deadline of 60 days before the date / time of tickets purchased. If cancelation is requested less than 60 days before the event date, a cancelation fee of 75% of the total amounts will be applied. If client rebook new trip, If the original and new event costs more than your original event, client must pay the difference.

The right of free resolution by the client must be exercised in accordance with the deadlines referred to in the previous number, by means of a communication to be sent by the client via email to the address info@wolvesunited.com.

Upon receipt of the notice of termination of this contract, and upon validation of compliance with the deadlines referred to by Wolves United, this will provide for the refund of the upper purchase amount paid (less bank services charges) by the client, within a maximum period of 30 days, by the same payment method used in the procedure acquisition.

The location for the service provided by Wolves United is located according to the one published on www.wolvesunited.com and referred to in the tickets.

 

Rules / Warnings for using the service provided


Tickets are sold by Wolves United for a specific date and time. In the event that the client is not present on the date and time of the ticket purchased, Wolves United reserves the right to cancel the purchase made, with no refund.

Bearing in mind that these are tourist experiences operated in open or closed spaces, public or private, Wolves United may be obliged to cancel the trip scheduled for a certain day and / or time, with little advance or even during its own trip. In these situations, Wolves United will make every effort possible for the customer on the next available trip and, if it is not possible or desired, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the full purchase price, and cannot claim from Wolves United any other compensation beyond the refund.

Wolves United operates its trips in rain or shine, so you should dress appropriately.

All instructions and commands given by Wolves United members must be followed and respected in order to maintain adequate security conditions.

The presentation of the ticket invoice by the client (in digital or paper format) is mandatory when providing the tourist experience, if requested by the crew of Wolves United.

Wolves United reserves the right to refuse the service or expel any client whose behavior disturbs others, causes damage or interferes with the good service order, with no refund or compensation to the client.

For reasons of maritime safety, the side walls of amphibious vehicles are high, which may limit visibility to some children. Wolves United will only allow "Type 3" booster seats, which can be attached to the seats by a 2-point seat belt.

Wolves United reserves the right to change the tourist circuit described on the website www.wolvesunited.com, replacing it with a similar one in case of any conditioning caused by third parties, with no refund to the client.

Wolves United is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal property inside vehicles or on its premises. However, Wolves United will take all measures within its power to ensure that any object found is kept on its premises for a maximum period of 30 days after enjoying the service.

 

Payment


Payments to be made online are only available by credit card, and the client must follow the instructions transmitted during the purchase procedure for this purpose. In face-to-face sales, cash and ATM (debit or credit) are also accepted.

Wolves United declares that the bank details, entered by the client in the system during the acquisition process, are not recorded in its computer applications and are intended only for the collection of services acquired.

 

Billing


After the respective payment validation, Wolves United will issue a ticket invoice which will be automatically sent by email to the client. If for any reason, the client does not receive the ticket invoice within a maximum of 2 hours after payment confirmation, he / she should contact Wolves United via email info@wolvesunited.com. In the case of face-to-face purchase at one of the Wolves United points of sale, the client may request immediate delivery of the paper ticket invoice.

Communications


All communications to be made by the client within the scope of these Terms and Conditions must be made to the email info@wolvesunited.com.

All communications to be made to the customer will be sent to the email indicated by the customer at the time of his identification, being obliged to notify Wolves United of his change.

If the client does not comply with the provisions of the previous number, for the purposes of communications to be received, these will be considered validly carried out when sent to the email address initially indicated.

Privacy policy and protection of personal data


All elements provided by the client during the purchase process are subject to Wolves United's Privacy and Data Protection Policy, as described on the website www.wolvesunited.com.

 

Responsibility


Access and use, or impossibility of access and use, of the contents of the website www.hippotrip.com or the telephone answering system;

Delays, interruptions, errors and suspensions of communications and loss of information;

Damage caused by third parties or by attacks on the server or the telephone answering system that affect the quality of its services;

Deficiencies or flaws found in the communication networks, as well as those caused by the computer system, modems, connection software, and / or any computer viruses that may affect the client's software and / or equipment, namely when it does not promote installation of adequate protection software;

Failure to capture, view or use the website or the telephone answering system;

Unauthorized use;

Causes of force majeure, these being understood, namely, any unforeseeable and unavoidable situations, or even foreseeable ones that were unavoidable, among which and purely enunciative refer: strikes or labor conflicts that prevent or hinder the provision of services commercialized, accidents, fires, floods, earthquakes, wars, trade embargoes, or any type of legislative change;

The client is responsible for their personal data and respective updating, and must guarantee its confidentiality.

In the event of improper or fraudulent use of the website www.hippotrip.com or the telephone answering system, and regardless of the legal procedures applicable to the specific case, Wolves United reserves the right to delete the client's registration and cancel the right enjoying the service purchased.

 

Applicable law and jurisdiction


Portuguese Law applies to all matters regulated by these conditions.

In order to settle all disputes arising from this contract, the jurisdiction of the Lisbon district is agreed, with express waiver of any other.
