The participant may request a refund of the total purchase amount, without payment of any compensation and without the need to indicate the respective reason, as long as the request is made up to 48 hours after confirmation of payment and up to 3 days before the date of the event.
To continuously improve our services, we encourage our customers to submit their complaints and/or suggestions in writing to info@wolvesunited.com. This form is also available online at www.livroreclamacoes.pt, which will be reviewed by the Portuguese authorities.
